  • 1 lb Wahlburgers Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Finely Diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Plum Sauce
  • 4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Siracha
  • 2 Teaspoon Ginger, Minced
  • 2 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 3 Cups Cabbage, Shredded
  • 2 Large Carrots, Shredded
  • 3 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. 1. In a large frying pan, sauté onions and garlic with the Wahlburgers Ground Beef. When almost browned, add in the red peppers and plum sauce and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes longer.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, siracha, ginger, honey, rice vinegar and white pepper, and set aside.
  3. 3. When Wahlburgers Beef is browned and the peppers and onions are soft, add in the cabbage and carrots. Once the cabbage has wilted slightly, add in the medium bowl mixture, mix well and allow to cook about 5 minutes longer on a medium/low heat. Remove from heat.
  4. 4. Add in the sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or by itself.
