1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pie Crust: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate, trimming any excess dough from the edges. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork. Pre-bake the crust for about 8 minutes, then remove from the oven.
2. Cook the Beef: While the crust is pre-baking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the Wahlburgers ground beef and burger seasoning, cooking until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and eggs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and cooked beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Assemble and Bake: Pour the beef and egg mixture into the pre-baked pie crust. If using, sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
