1. Season the meatloaf-meatball mix with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
2. Cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Return the meatballs to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. Place meatballs and sauce in each toasted sub roll. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Place subs on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
