  • 1 Package Wahlburgers Certified Angus Beef ® Sliders
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2-4 Teaspoons Butter
  • 8 Slider Buns
  • 8 Slices American Cheese, Cut in Half
  • Your choice of servings of Wahl Sauce
  • Optional: Wahlburgers Dill Pickles, Sliced Tomato, Lettuce, Onion
  1. 1. Season both sides of Wahlburgers Certified Angus Beef ® Sliders with salt and pepper. Preheat griddle or large cast iron skillet to medium high.
  2. 2. Add butter to cooking surface and spread evenly. When butter begins to smoke, place 4 sliders on griddle. Sear approximately 2-3 minutes to develop a mahogany brown caramelized exterior, then flip. Place cut side of buns on griddle to brown. Top burger with 2 slices cheese and finish searing slider (1-2 minutes) until cooked through (160°F internal temperature). Repeat with remaining sliders.
  3. 3. Smear bottom bun with Wahl Sauce and top as desired with Wahlburgers Dill pickles, tomato, lettuce, burger, onion and top bun.
