1. Season both sides of Wahlburgers Certified Angus Beef ® Sliders with salt and pepper. Preheat griddle or large cast iron skillet to medium high.
2. Add butter to cooking surface and spread evenly. When butter begins to smoke, place 4 sliders on griddle. Sear approximately 2-3 minutes to develop a mahogany brown caramelized exterior, then flip. Place cut side of buns on griddle to brown. Top burger with 2 slices cheese and finish searing slider (1-2 minutes) until cooked through (160°F internal temperature). Repeat with remaining sliders.
3. Smear bottom bun with Wahl Sauce and top as desired with Wahlburgers Dill pickles, tomato, lettuce, burger, onion and top bun.
