1 Wahlburgers dill pickles (slices or spears, based on preference)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Wahl Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
1. Prepare the Pickles: Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels. If using spears, consider cutting them into smaller, bite-sized pieces for easier eating.
2. Set Up the Breading Station: In one shallow bowl, mix the flour with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. In a second shallow bowl, place the beaten eggs. In a third shallow bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Pickles: Dip each pickle first in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the panko breadcrumbs. Set the breaded pickles on a plate or baking sheet.
4. Fry the Pickles: Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large frying pan to 375°F (190°C). Fry the pickles in batches, without crowding the pan, until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
5. Serve Immediately: Serve the fried pickles hot with the spicy dipping sauce on the side.
