Ground Beef Bulgogi

  • 1 lb Wahlburgers Signature Blend Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Cooked white rice, for serving
  • Optional: additional chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
  1. 1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. 2. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Wahlburgers Ground Beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add Vegetables: Add the thinly sliced onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Combine with Sauce: Pour the prepared marinade over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is well absorbed and the beef is fully cooked.
