  • 1 Lb Wahlburgers Meatloaf-Meatball Blend
  • 1 Small White Onion, Small Dice
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 5 Strips of Wahlburgers Bacon (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  1. 1. Pre-heat over to 350 Degrees.
  2. 2. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft (3-5 min).  Let cool slightly.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine:  meatloaf-meatball blend, sauteed onions/garlic, ½ cup ketchup, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley.  Mix gently.
  4. 4. Shape mixture into loaf in a greased loaf pan.
  5. 5. Lay bacon strips on top, slightly overlapping, tucking the end underneath. (optional)
  6. 6. Bake 45-55 minutes, until internal temperatures of 165 degrees.
  7. 7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
