"5 Strips of Wahlburgers Bacon (Optional)",

- 1 Lb Wahlburgers Meatloaf-Meatball Blend
- 1 Small White Onion, Small Dice
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 5 Strips of Wahlburgers Bacon (Optional)
- 1/2 Cup of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1. Pre-heat over to 350 Degrees.
- 2. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft (3-5 min). Let cool slightly.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine: meatloaf-meatball blend, sauteed onions/garlic, ½ cup ketchup, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix gently.
- 4. Shape mixture into loaf in a greased loaf pan.
- 5. Lay bacon strips on top, slightly overlapping, tucking the end underneath. (optional)
- 6. Bake 45-55 minutes, until internal temperatures of 165 degrees.
- 7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
