1. Grill the Wahlburgers patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Add a slice of pepper jack cheese to each in the last minute.
2. Meanwhile, crisp the bacon in a skillet until golden.
3. Toast the brioche buns and spread 2 tbsp mashed avocado on each bottom bun and 1 tbsp Southwest Ranch on each top bun.
4. Build each burger: lettuce, cheesy patty, 2 bacon slices, 2 red onion rings, and 1 tbsp crispy jalapeños (if using).
