Southwest Avocado Ranch Burger

  • 4 Wahlburgers Signature Blend Patties
  • 4 brioche buns, toasted
  • 8 slices Wahlburgers Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 8 tbsp mashed avocado
  • 4 tbsp Southwest Ranch
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 8 rings red onion
  • 4 tbsp crispy fried jalapeños (optional for heat)
  1. 1. Grill the Wahlburgers patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Add a slice of pepper jack cheese to each in the last minute.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, crisp the bacon in a skillet until golden.
  3. 3. Toast the brioche buns and spread 2 tbsp mashed avocado on each bottom bun and 1 tbsp Southwest Ranch on each top bun.
  4. 4. Build each burger: lettuce, cheesy patty, 2 bacon slices, 2 red onion rings, and 1 tbsp crispy jalapeños (if using).
  5. 5. Top with bun and serve hot.
