Spicy Szechuan Chicken Lollipops

- 1 pack Wahlburgers Chicken Lollipops
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
- 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, apple cider vinegar, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken lollipops in this mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the Batter: In another bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt. Add water to create a thick batter.
- 3. Coat the Chicken: After marination, dip each chicken lollipop into the batter, ensuring an even coat.
- 4. Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the coated chicken lollipops until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- 5. Prepare the Szechuan Sauce (Optional): In a pan, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tbsp cornflour (dissolved in water). Cook until the sauce thickens.
- 6. Toss the Chicken in Sauce: If using the sauce, toss the fried chicken lollipops in the Szechuan sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
